Picture Info

~ Please wear your team suit for this event, if you have one.

~ I have the picture forms. I will leave them at the pool in the swim team box on the front desk. Keep them with you until the party.

~ They will take the pictures, and while we are eating, they will develop the pictures in the parking lot in their trailer. Please do not approach the trailer and ask if your pictures are ready. They will bring them into the pool area as they become available. If you need to leave before your pictures are finished, we will put them in your swimmer's folder, located in the clubhouse.

Food Info

~ This is a "Pasta Potluck" dinner. We have broken down the roster and assigned all families what to bring.

~ All families, A-L, please bring a pasta dish of your choice.

~ All families, M-Z, please bring a dessert of your choice.

~ Please make sure to label your containers (with your name), and bring a serving utensil for your dish.

~ We will take care of the drinks.

~ We will have the tables set up in the clubhouse to serve from. Please take your dish into the clubhouse and put it on the assigned tables.

~ After the Team picture and Individual pictures have been taken, we will begin to form a line at the clubhouse doors.

~ Please make sure you have dried off before entering the clubhouse, as the floor gets extremely slippery.

~ You are welcome to swim during the party.

~ This is always a fun event, we hope you can all make it.
